Can I just call someone if a problem arises?Absolutely. There are several team members capable of helping you in any situation. They will make sure you get whatever support you need.

Do you talk with homeowners during the supplement?
Yes! We are seriously good at it, too. In fact, we are the only Supplement company to offer a fully integrated Homeowner Care Program.

Can you use our CRM to communicate with our team?
We regularly communicate with Partners through Job Nimbus, Acculynx, Job Progress and Hubspot. This really helps track the larger footprints.
Reporting

How detailed are your reports? Can I change it if I want?
Our Partners think the reports are pretty good. Reporting is edited to suit your preferences. You can have more or less of nearly anything.

Where do I access your reports?
Each Partner has dedicated links they normally keep pinned at the top of their group message thread or CRM. Beyond this we normally give Partners a nudge to check their reports by sending them an email, text or group chat.

What things do your reports tell us?
The Master Deal Tracker gives details on key dates, escalations, approval amounts and homeowner interactions. The Financial Tracker shows a fee ledger for each deal and a full view of every invoice, payment and balance.
Team Support

What is a Partner Success Manager?This person is responsible for ensuring your team gets the support they need. They are someone you can ask questions to and who reaches out to you with ideas and helpful feedback. Their main role is making sure the partnership is healthy from the start and continues in good health as we grow together.

Will you work directly with our Project Manager(s)?
We spend a lot of our time making sure Project Managers are taken care of. They get a lot of attention because the company greatly benefits when PMs are at their best. We even have a dedicated Master Deal Tracker for each PM so we can examine their results and give them the opportunity to provide us with case-by-base feedback. Their growth is our growth.

Can you teach our new people about supplementing?
Absolutely. We have provided numerous hours of training to several Office Managers and support staff. We help them understand supplementing from a short and long view. We’ll even train them on how to work with us and address any relevant tasks needing attention.
Financials

My accountant wants a copy of charges. Can you do this?
Yes, our Master Financial Tracker covers every base possible. Bookkeepers and Accountants love us. We are fully available to them whenever needed.

How do we pay your invoices?
Most Partners are set up with our ACH program. Every now and then an invoice is paid manually using a debit or credit card. We are very careful with how we manage and report financial information. Our Partners report a lot of satisfaction with the financial system we provide.

What are your fees?
Like most companies we charge a fee for the estimate plus a percentage against new money that results from approved scope increases. Different from some companies we don’t charge for bid items and we also give coverage credits for additional quantities of approved siding and roofing. We will give you all the details when we speak. For now just know a few things… One, we still charge the exact same fee that we started with 5 years ago even though we’ve grown to 10+ people. Two, our Partners are happy with our fees mostly because they report making a higher net gain by having us do their supplements. Three, our fee structure makes us stable which translates to us staying focused on getting your deals approved versus chasing new business opportunities.
