ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this position, you’ll be essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our Partners. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, ensure smooth communication, and collaborate with team members to drive success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth communication between Partners and the team throughout service delivery.
- Handle various tasks and logistics to keep Partner projects on track.
- Collaborate with team members to drive success and address Partner needs.
- Proactively address and resolve challenges to maintain positive Partner relationships.
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to company standards for Partner interactions.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

CANDIDATE PREFERENCES:
- Proficient with VOIP, CRM, Messaging tools.
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Trained in customer service.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technology.
- Experience with project management or deal coordination.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- College experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
